Sr. Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial assets in San Diego, California. This is a contract position requiring onsite support and close collaboration with an established internal property management team. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Class A office environments, a solid grasp of lease administration, and the ability to work effectively within defined policies and operating procedures.Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day operations for assigned commercial properties, ensuring consistent service delivery and alignment with ownership expectations.• Partner with the internal property management team to follow established workflows, documentation standards, and operational protocols.• Review tenant lease terms and help ensure landlord obligations, critical dates, and property commitments are properly managed.• Conduct site walks, participate in broker tours, and support property inspections based on business needs.• Supervise and provide direction to the Property Administrator, helping maintain efficient administrative and operational support.• Track property performance data, prepare reports, and use Excel to analyze trends, budgets, and operating information.• Support annual budgeting activities and contribute to financial planning processes in coordination with the accounting team.• Coordinate with vendors, building staff, and onsite services to maintain efficient property operations and tenant satisfaction.
