Job Description

Requirements

Valid Driver’s license
Ability and willingness to acquire a DOT medical card
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to read a tape measure and use general hand tools
Hold Unique skills or abilities applicable to the trades associated with General Construction

o I.E. a Selection of

Efficiently and Safely Operating Equipment
Setting Forms
Flat work, Wall forms, or Curb Forms
Effectively Placing Concrete or Asphalt
Effectively Finishing Concrete of Asphalt
Being Mechanically inclined
Ability to accurately read prints
General Carpentry skills
General skills in Mathematics
Ability to set grades
Ability to use Msc. Power tools
Etc.

Responsibilities

Follow Directions and accomplish tasks set out by foreman
Aid crew and foreman with various designated tasks pertaining to all levels of the Job
Take efforts to ensure a clean job site, job trailer, and tools
Preform variable labor related tasks such as moving, storing, and applying various materials, tools, and equipment.
Driving Single axle Dump trucks
Driving Miscellaneous trucks and trailers
Arrive onsite at scheduled times
Take necessary steps to learn and advance in role
Assist in Developing and teaching skills to General Laborers
