Accounts Payable Specialist

Qualifications Proven Accounts Payable experience (not data-entry focused) Hands-on experience with PO processing and 2-way/3-way matching Strong attention to detail with ability to review, validate, and correct invoice discrepancies Experience handling moderately complex financial transactions and reconciliations Strong problem-solving skills within AP/accounting systems Ability to analyze, research, and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies independently Proficiency with calculations, verifications, and financial record maintenance Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and vendors Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking experienced Accounts Payable Processors to support a high-volume backlog of invoices. This role requires strong true AP experience (not data entry) focused on accurate invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, and financial validation.
