Hiring: Product Lead / Business Analyst

\n \nRole Overview:
\nSeeking an experienced Product Lead / Business Analyst to partner with business, product, design, and technology teams to define and deliver digital, workflow, AI-enabled, and data-driven solutions.
\nKey Requirements:
\n- \n
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar \n
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile experience \n
- Experience with product discovery, user stories, backlog refinement, and acceptance criteria \n
- Professional Services experience; Executive Search, Recruitment, or Consulting is highly desirable \n
- Experience with client-facing portals and digital solutions \n
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation, and emerging technologies \n
- Strong business process/workflow modeling skills; BPMN/Bizagi preferred \n
- Experience with data, dashboards, reporting, analytics, and data-driven products \n
- Ability to work effectively with distributed/remote teams \n
