You'll mentor and inspire them to hit and exceed their targets while cultivating a collaborative environment. o Market Analysis: Keeping an eye on market trends and customer needs is essential. You'll identify new opportunities for expansion and growth, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition. o Authentic Relationships: Building strong, lasting relationships with key clients is crucial.
