What you'll do:
- Build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and drive territory sales growth.
- Execute territory and account plans, including forecasting, pipeline management, and key account development.
- Partner with Technical, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver customer solutions and support new business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Manage territory expenses, ensure policy compliance, and continuously improve customer service and business growth.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- Technical Experience helpful, but not required.
- No sales experience required. If you've got the drive to win, have a curious mind, and lead with empathy, this is the career break you've been waiting for.
- Ability to travel within territory approximately 4 days per week with frequent overnight travel. Considerable time spent at various customer site locations throughout territory.

- Sensient Colors is a leading developer, producer, and supplier of natural and synthetic color systems for customers around the globe. - SPONSORSHIP: Due to our inability to offer visa sponsorship, we can only consider candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment visa sponsorship.
- RELOCATION: We are unable to offer relocation assistance. The successful candidate will be expected to work in the desired region near a major airport.
