Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events from concept to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Event Coordinator will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event is successful, memorable, and delivered within budget

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and tailor planning accordingly
• Manage budgets and negotiate with vendors to secure cost-effective services
• Develop detailed event timelines and ensure all team members adhere to schedules
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote events and maximize attendance

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
