Requirements Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+ Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of back‑of‑house day‑to‑day restaurant operations Strong knowledge of back‑of‑house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house guest experience Availability to work 10‑hour shifts, including weekends and holidays ServSafe Certification Allergy Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Red Heat Tavern
