Sales Development Rep

Reports to: SDR Manager Employment Status: Full-Time Position Summary: Works directly with the Sales Development Manager and Director of Marketing to find and develop new client relationships. Involves daily field work to drive team success, including door‑knocking, team meetings, promotions of deals, tracking goal progress, and executing strategies to increase productivity. As a critical team member and often the first point of contact, Sales Development Reps must have strong communication skills, professional appearance, problem‑solving, emotional intelligence, self‑motivation, and growth mindset.
