Punch Press Operator (2nd Shift)

Job Purpose The Punch Press Operator will operate equipment for assigned work in a safe and productive manner at the direction of the Punch Press Lead. Job Responsibilities Insert and remove metal material in a variety of manufacturing equipment. Operate punch press with a variety of materials in coil, strips, and blanks. Ensure product produced meets or exceeds customer specifications. Review work orders and follow process specifications to avoid errors. Follow all safety procedures to ensure safe equipment operation, notify supervisor to resolve process, product, equipment, and production issues. Provide correct part counts, move parts to the next sequence on job packet. All other duties as designated by management.
