REQUIRED SKILLS
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5 7 years of progressive IT Project Management experience, with at least 3 years specifically acting as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps for sprint management and tracking.
o Proven experience managing projects involving .NET Core and MVC architectures.
o Experience managing complex integrations with third-party SaaS or legacy databases (Oracle).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Deployment Knowledge: Understanding of deployment pipelines; experience moving a team from manual to automated deployment processes is a significant plus.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, verbal/written communication, and the ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Excellent team player with strong learning agility.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP-ACP.
Business Analysis: Ability to assist in functional gap analysis and requirement gathering.
