FIELD SERVICE MANAGER Single Family- Houston

Field Service Manager – Single Family – Houston Allied Interior Solutions (AIS) is seeking a Field Service Manager for Single‑Family projects in the Houston area. The role involves coordinating all aspects of project installation from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Coordinate delivery and installation with clients. Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment. Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork is complete and timely. Anticipate and resolve client issues. Attend client‑mandated meetings as required. Maintain strong relationships with clients and all AIS departments. Be highly visible on job sites. What Does It Take? Strong understanding of carpentry, building, and contracting. Self‑motivated with strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously. Self‑starter, flexible, and able to follow processes. Collaborative spirit while being honest, adaptable, and creative. Prioritize clients and represent AIS with pride and integrity. Communicate efficiently among all departments and meet deadlines. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3 years of construction experience. Previous construction management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management, and planning. Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision. Valid driver’s license. Reliable transportation. Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.
