Workday Financials Implementation Lead

Role Description

Impact Advisors is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Workday Financials Lead to join our team. In this role, your expertise in healthcare operations will fuel transformational change for our clients. • Lead the implementation of Workday Financials, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
• Design and configure Workday Financials modules, including Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts, Customer Accounts, Business Assets, Procurement and Banking and Settlement.
• Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Oversee the integration of Workday Financials with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
• Manage data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing and enhancing the Workday Financials solution.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and features, evaluating their potential impact and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Banking and Settlement, Projects, and Suppliers.
• Proven track record in leading Workday Financials projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in Workday integration tools and technologies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Financials implementation and support.
• Workday certification in Workday Financials preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $90,650-$173,559.
• For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
