For the last 2 years, Brill has expanded into the United States, introducing its first FDA-registered medical device, manufactured in Boston, as part of a broad and ambitious portfolio of advanced eye care solutions.
Brill USA is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to cover West U.S. . This field-based role focuses on promoting innovative eye care solutions while building strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and key decision-makers.

Functions
• Territory Expansion & Market Awareness – Establish and expand the company’s presence in the assigned region, raise awareness of the medical device, and generate demand among ophthalmologists and optometrists.
• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth – Identify and segment potential customers, integrate the medical device into healthcare protocols, and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Customer Engagement & Training – Conduct product demonstrations, provide training to healthcare professionals on the device’s optimal use, and organize clinical sessions and peer-to-peer meetings to drive adoption and engagement.
• Account & Relationship Management – Manage a portfolio of 100-120 customers across 40-50 accounts, cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, and drive growth within key accounts, including payors.
• Operational Excellence & Reporting – Monitor and evaluate sales performance, prepare structured weekly reports, attend relevant industry conferences, ensure adherence to budget guidelines, and collaborate with leadership to address challenges and optimize sales performance in line with company objectives.
Requirements
• Academic background: Degree in health sciences or relevant technical training in optometry, opticianry, or related fields.
• Experience : Experience of <2 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably as a sales representative in the area of ophthalmology or optometry.
• Skills and attitude:
- Effective Communication & Analytical Insight – Ability to clearly convey complex scientific information to diverse healthcare professionals and leverage strong analytical skills to assess markets, plan sales strategies, and manage key accounts to drive growth.
- Customer Relationship Management – Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Agility & Continuous Professional Growth – Adapts quickly to fast-paced, target-driven environments, remains resilient under pressure, and actively seeks opportunities for learning and development to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain credibility.
