Invoicing Specialist/Biller

Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday

Salary: $23.00 - $30.00/hr

Compensation for this position includes hourly salary, $1000 target short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What You'll Do

Join Viking Electric's Accounting team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely customer billing. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and partnering across teams to support successful project billing. You will

• Generate and process customer invoices for job management and direct billing activities.
• Partner with project sales teams to support customer billing needs.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and Shared Services.
• Review lot billing transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain billing records and documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.

What You Bring

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of office experience, including some accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
