Job Responsibilities: * Set-Up and Operate CNC Mill and Lathe machines to produce precision components. * Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Set-Up sheets. * Perform part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. * Maintain close tolerances and ensure parts meet quality standards. * Perform tool changes, machine adjustments, and preventative maintenance. * Keep accurate documentation and maintain a clean, safe workspace. What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of experience operating CNC Mills and/or Lathes. * Solid understanding of machining principles and tooling. * Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments. * Reliable work history with strong attention to detail. * Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow. * G-code/M-code familiarity a plus, but not required.
