This part-time, morning-shift role is the backbone of our day-to-day operations — keeping our fleet road-ready, our equipment in top condition, our warehouse organized, and our building well-maintained. Monday – Friday | ~6 hours/day | ~30 hours/week Note: Occasional early or extended hours may be required during winter weather events or urgent facility needs.Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Management & MaintenancePerform pre- and post-trip inspections on all commercial vehiclesSchedule and coordinate routine maintenance (oil changes, tires, inspections, registrations)Identify and report mechanical issues; coordinate repairs with vendorsKeep vehicle interiors and exteriors clean and presentableMaintain accurate fleet logs and vehicle filesEquipment Inventory, Maintenance & RepairMaintain inventory of all restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, generators, tools, etc.)Perform daily and routine cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on equipmentTrack equipment status, flagging items needing servicing or replacementEnsure all equipment is properly staged and ready for deploymentWarehouse OrganizationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentStock and organize supplies, materials, and consumablesAssist with receiving deliveries and verifying incoming inventoryIdentify and correct any storage or safety hazardsBuilding Maintenance — Interior & ExteriorPerform routine interior maintenance: lighting, minor plumbing, painting, cleaningMaintain exterior of property including grounds, curb appeal, and signagePerform snow removal and ice management as needed (shoveling, salting, snow blower operation)Coordinate with vendors for larger repair or maintenance projectsReport any safety or structural concerns promptly to managementQualificationsRequired:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to operate trucks and commercial vehiclesGeneral mechanical aptitude — comfortable performing basic vehicle and equipment maintenancePhysical ability to lift 50+ lbs, perform manual labor, and work outdoors in all weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks across a shiftPreferred:Prior experience in facilities maintenance, fleet management, construction, or restorationForklift certification or ability to obtainBasic carpentry, plumbing, or electrical skillsExperience with inventory management or warehouse operationsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay — commensurate with experienceConsistent, predictable morning schedule — enjoy your afternoonsSupportive team environmentHow to ApplyWe'd love to hear from you!
