Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Conducting ongoing assessments to determine each client's treatment needs, adjusting approaches as necessary to enhance their recovery journey.

• Providing guidance to clients in developing essential life skills, including coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and effective communication methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals aged 18 and older who struggle with mental health issues affecting their daily lives and community integration. You will play a crucial role in helping clients stabilize their mental health and improve their overall quality of life through structured support and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or equivalent higher-level education in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure from an appropriate state board, including but not limited to licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to work independently without direct supervision.
\n
• 100% clean license record with no disciplinary actions.
\n
• A proven track record of providing direct clinical services.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate demeanor.

• Competency with technology and reliable high-speed internet access.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to meeting the qualifications, candidates with experience in mental health counseling, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, or working within diverse populations are highly desirable.
