?️ Assist in developing and executing creative food and beverage menus
?️‍? Produce and oversee exceptional dishes with outstanding presentation and flavor
⚡ Ensure efficient kitchen operations while maintaining quality and consistency
? Support the Executive Chef with menu planning, food preparation, and daily kitchen management
? Lead kitchen service and step into the Executive Chef role when needed
? Train, coach, mentor, and motivate the culinary team
? Create staff schedules and evaluate team performance
? Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
?️ Maintain the highest food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
? Resolve challenges quickly while fostering a positive, professional kitchen culture

✔️ 4+ years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume restaurant
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔️ Expertise in cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food quality
✔️ Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost control
✔️ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and restaurant management software
✔️ Passion for culinary excellence and continuous improvement
⭐ Culinary degree or certification is a plus
