Executive Assistant – Full TimeThe Executive Assistant provides administrative and facility management support to the Executive Director of CCHS. This is a full-time position.Skills and Qualifications include:Bachelor's degree preferred4 years' experience supporting executivesExpert in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)Adept at learning new softwareAttention to detail (including proof-reading/grammar and spelling)Excellent communication skillsExperience trouble-shooting issues with computers and printersExperience contacting vendors for servicesMust be well-organized and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlinesResponsibilities include:Enters donations into donor management software and generates donor acknowledgementsPrepares weekly bank depositsManages inventory and ordering of office suppliesServes as point-of-contact for IT supportAssists the Director with various aspects of facility management, maintenance, and HRMakes arrangements for the Society's annual meetingOther administrative and secretarial duties as assignedBenefits:Salary range: $43,000 - $50,000/yearEmployee health insurance, dental, and vision plansPaid time offPaid sick leavePaid holidaysSimple IRA planEmployee Assistance Program (free mental health counseling)
