Youth Transition & Reentry Specialist
Software Technology, Inc.
Software Technology, Inc. is looking for a dedicated professional to facilitate the implementation of a life skills curriculum titled Next Steps. This role includes evaluating transition consultations and participating in committees that confirm student reentry plans. The individual will assist students in obtaining necessary documentation and providing key support for their transition back into public schools and the community.
