End User Support

Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled End User Support to join their team! This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and keeping technology running smoothly. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support for Windows-based computers, mobile devices, hardware, and applications in a stable, business-focused environment. Key Responsibilities & Duties Provide Level 2 support for end-user hardware and applications Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and desktop issues Support Active Directory and user security group administration Resolve PC connectivity issues, including Ethernet and TCP/IP Assist with remote access and basic network troubleshooting Manage help desk tickets and follow issues through completion Support iOS devices and related end-user technology needs Help maintain IT asset standards and device performance Communicate technical information clearly to end users Work independently while supporting a distributed team Required Qualifications & Experience At least 3 years of professional IT support experience Experience with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory Knowledge of user and security group administration Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues Understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, and remote access solutions Working knowledge of DHCP and DNS basics Experience using help desk or ticketing systems Strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent customer service and organizational skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience A+, Network+, or similar certifications Experience supporting iOS devices Familiarity with hardware repair and installation Background supporting business users in a distributed environment Experience handling complex tickets independently Benefits start on day one Variable bonus structure Employee referral program with cash incentives 401(k) matching up to 3% Other Information Traditional business hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 100% onsite position On-call coverage every five weeks for one week Business casual environment If you are interested in learning more about the End User Support opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
