Key Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in education or related field a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, social, and behavioral support to students in one-on-one and group settings
- Assist teachers with classroom activities, lesson implementation, and materials preparation
- Support students with special needs, reinforcing individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed
- Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for all students
- Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies and procedures
