Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within an educational setting
- Ability to assist with classroom management and work closely with students one-on-one or in small groups
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow guidance from lead teachers and educational teams
- A commitment to fostering a positive, respectful, and productive school community
- Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to teachers and help implement lesson plans
- Assist students with assignments, reinforcing learning concepts as directed
- Encourage and mentor students while addressing their individual needs
- Aid in classroom organization and preparation of instructional materials
- Supervise students in various school settings, ensuring safety at all times
- Support positive student behavior and engagement
