HR Admin Assistant

- Payroll & HRIS: End-to-end payroll administration and maintaining accurate data within the HRIS system.
- Lifecycle Management: Coordinating seamless onboarding for new hires and offboarding processes for departing employees.
- Compliance: Managing personnel files and ensuring all documentation meets legal and internal standards.
- Benefits Support: Assisting with benefits administration and answering general employee inquiries regarding HR programs.
- Administrative Support: Generating reports and providing ad-hoc assistance to the HR Director and Business Partners.
