About the Role

\n

SIG is hiring a driven Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our Nashville team. Whether you've closed a few deals or you're ready to bring your sales career into commercial real estate, SIG gives you the national platform, proprietary technology, and hands-on mentorship to build a high-performing brokerage business.

\n

This is a 100% commission-based role built for competitive, entrepreneurial professionals ready to grow a real business. Our top advisors earn an average of $200K within their first 24 months.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Build & Manage Your Pipeline
\n
• Prospect, network, and build relationships to generate new business.
\n
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle: listings, marketing, negotiations, LOIs, PSAs, and closings.
\n
• Leverage Signal™ and SIG-provided technology to advise clients on market conditions, comparable transactions, and property values to guide pricing and positioning.
\n
• Own and grow key relationships with investors and property owners.
\n
• Use proprietary technology, like SIGNAL, to deliver the best client experience in commercial real estate.
\n

\n

Who You Are

\n

\n
• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, or cold calling / outbound sales
\n
• Driven to build a 6- or 7-figure business in commercial real estate
\n
• Licensed real estate agent, or actively pursuing licensing within the next 90 days
\n
• Fluent or experienced with CRM systems, research platforms, and financial tools
\n
• AI-curious — comfortable using tools like SIGNAL to work faster, without losing the relationship-first instincts that close deals

Compensation & What We Provide

• 100% commission-based role — uncapped income tied directly to your production

• Advisors typically earn $100K–$250K in their first two years
