Lead daily office operations and help ensure exceptional client service Coordinate caregiver schedules, client needs, and service changes Recruit, onboard, train, support, and retain high-quality caregivers Monitor client care plans, service delivery, and client satisfaction Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners Address scheduling, staffing, and client concerns promptly and professionally Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with company policies and applicable regulations Support community outreach, referral development, sales, and marketing initiatives Participate in a shared on-call rotation as needed Work closely with ownership to support operational goals and the continued growth of the Chico office What We're Looking For We're looking for a confident, organized, and people-focused leader who understands the fast-paced nature of home care and can balance the needs of clients, caregivers, and the business. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in home care, senior care, healthcare operations, care coordination, or a related field preferred Previous caregiver scheduling, staffing, or client coordination experience strongly preferred Experience supervising, coaching, or supporting employees Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to unexpected situations Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare documentation, and compliance requirements Experience with Microsoft Office and scheduling, EMR, or CRM software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with caregiver recruitment and retention, client intake, home care scheduling, care coordination, or business development is a strong plus.
