Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to identify treatment needs and develop tailored intervention plans.

• Document and communicate effectively with team members regarding assessment results, treatment plans, and progress, participating in interdisciplinary care meetings.

• Provide case management services, collaborating with local hospitals and community programs to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Create and implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions and other evidence-based modalities to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Ensure ethical, timely completion of clinical documentation to maintain compliance with departmental standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
