Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess progress, stability, and to facilitate discharge planning as necessary.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
\n
• Document client interactions and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with best practices.
\n
• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs.
\n
• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to support professional development and enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Maintain an open mindset towards professional growth and adapt to evolving clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, all of whom come to us seeking support for various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Successfully obtained and actively maintained an unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating effective clinical skills.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and computer systems, including experience with Excel, RMS systems, and telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments to gather comprehensive client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our compensation model is based on a fee-for-service structure, and we guarantee rates that are paid in advance of collections, minimizing delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
