Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to effectively understand each client's unique mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses based on DSM criteria, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the individual needs and therapeutic goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing established protocols to ensure immediate safety and effective response.
\n
• Maintain and manage accurate and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment data, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, facilitating comprehensive care planning and client referrals as necessary.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for clients' needs and rights as appropriate.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, trainings, and staying current with best practices in mental health therapy.

You will primarily serve diverse populations seeking mental health support, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. By establishing a strong therapeutic alliance, you will empower clients to set and achieve their mental health goals while providing a compassionate and understanding approach throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, is required.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is necessary to qualify for this role.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to effectively evaluate client needs.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical mental health setting is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
