Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, utilizing standardized assessment tools as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Broadview, you will work with a diverse population presenting a wide array of mental health challenges, such as substance use issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders. Your role will critically involve building rapport with clients from various backgrounds, recognizing the uniqueness of their experiences, and applying culturally responsive therapeutic techniques that foster effective communication and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• A profound understanding of mental health disorders and principles of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
