Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, adapting as necessary to each client's unique circumstances.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and monitor their progress to ensure alignment with treatment objectives.

• Provide teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may face barriers to in-person visits.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and professional standards.

• Participate in routine supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage client caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing teletherapy or remote sessions, familiar with virtual platforms.

• Background in working with trauma-informed care and knowledge of culturally sensitive practices.

• Experience in a community health setting or private practice environment preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, our benefits package includes:
