Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Caremate Health Inc., your responsibilities will encompass the following:

• Engage directly with clients to establish personalized treatment goals and create actionable plans to meet those goals.

• Provide prevention-oriented therapy that effectively addresses various mental health concerns, focusing on proactive and strength-based approaches.

• Implement and continuously review comprehensive treatment plans, adjusting strategies based on client progress and feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other community resources, to ensure holistic care.

• Maintain accurate session notes and clinical documentation in our electronic health record system to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
\n
• Actively contribute to enriching our organizational culture, sharing insights and resources that enhance our client services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse array of clients from various cultural, socio-economic, and demographic backgrounds within the Garland community. Our focus includes, but is not limited to, individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care, we aim to empower individuals towards self-discovery and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Proficiency in utilizing community mental health resources to enhance client support.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or providing teletherapy services.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Prior experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
