Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of their mental health status and personal challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the unique goals and preferences of each client, promoting their overall well-being and mental health.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to foster positive change.

• Provide teletherapy services that ensure clients have access to high-quality mental health care, regardless of their location.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
