Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to identify challenges and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's specific needs and therapy goals.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy settings, focusing on fostering skills and coping strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant therapeutic experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
