Job Description

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborative care discussions to promote coordinated treatment

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification highly preferred
• Specialty certifications (e.g., in geriatrics or neurology) are beneficial but not mandatory

Skills

• Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
• Competence in treating patients with complex medical and mobility challenges
