Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is pivotal in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
• Maintaining and updating customer records in the company database.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions.
• Ensuring all customer interactions are in line with company policies and standards.
• Providing feedback to management for improving customer service processes.
• Maintaining a professional, courteous, and empathetic demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus.

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details:

Salary: $21 - $26 per hour
