Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed patient intakes to perform diagnostic and functional evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans while collaborating with primary care providers.

• Provide focused therapeutic interventions to patients facing various mental health challenges, ensuring ongoing support and follow-up to monitor progress.

• Assist primary care providers in identifying mental health and psychosocial issues, and advise on whether patients should remain in primary care or be referred to specialty mental health facilities.

• Document patient progress meticulously in treatment charts, keeping all stakeholders informed of the treatment goals and progress to facilitate collaborative care.

• Develop relapse prevention strategies and educate patients on self-management techniques to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork by attending related meetings, providing insights into behavioral health services, and contributing to program evaluations aimed at improving outcomes.

• Uphold the ethical guidelines of clinical practice, ensuring confidentiality and respect in all interactions with patients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
