Key Responsibilities\n

• Champion patient and family advocacy by guiding them through the complexities of the healthcare system to ensure they receive the best care possible.

• Provide educational reinforcement to patients and their families, helping them understand treatment plans and the importance of their involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders accurately, applying evidence-based practices to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions to monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary and applying therapeutic techniques to help clients cope with their challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to deliver high-quality mental health services.

• Maintain organized and comprehensive documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with privacy and safety regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse set of clients including individuals and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and as an LMFT, you will help them build resilience and foster healthier relationships with themselves and their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid LMFT license and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in providing mental health services, preferably in a health-related environment.

• Thorough knowledge of health regulations, privacy laws, and ethical guidelines pertaining to mental health practice.

• Possess strong coaching and motivational skills to facilitate positive change and empower clients.
\n
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage client files efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on treatment plans.

• Display exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with a talent for creating a rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in community health settings or specialized training in family therapy techniques will be highly regarded. Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and techniques will also be valuable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
