Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to fellow mental health professionals, families, and stakeholders involved in the care process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base reflects a diverse range of mental health needs, including those dealing with addiction, homelessness, trauma, PTSD, and other co-occurring disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be expected to assess and facilitate treatment tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting clients on their journey to recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field is a requirement for this role.

• Up-to-date credentials as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) along with a thorough understanding of supervisory guidelines.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing mental health services, including crisis management.

• Demonstrated expertise in addiction issues and their implications for psychotherapy, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related issues, homelessness, and co-occurring disorders, enabling empathetic and effective client interactions.
