Global Supply Planner (Multiple Positions)

Global Supply Planner (Multiple Positions) Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with the plant and develop an execution plan with cross-functional teams to resolve any identified gaps or issues. Participate in quarterly and annual budget and financial meetings. Develop a 12-month-out rolling plan with consideration for known constraints and reconciliation of supply against demand and financials. Provide oversight to plant planning and EMI (Electromechanical) S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) team to resolve or elevate issues in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are met. Track key metrics for EMI product lines: production plan attainment, backorder, inventory and OTIF (On-Time In-Full). Develop a reporting process to ensure visibility of gaps to targets and develop a closure plan to address the gaps. Lead the Global Supply consensus meetings with all the key stakeholders. Drive ERP applicable parametric settings and master data. Manage purchase orders and communicate delivery information as needed. Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures in own area of responsibility. Assess and document business processes through value stream mapping. Develop and implement optimized flows and processes. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: 149,282.00/yr. Standard company benefits. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any), Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and four (4) years of related work experience. Must have four (4) years of experience with/in: Advanced PC Applications, such as Power BI (end-user), SAP, and SCM; Using knowledge of Demand and Supply Implementation process to manage activities for planning and control of commercial activities; Interacting with multi-functional areas, such as: Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, and Quality; Supply Chain procedures and S&OP processes such as: planning, demand management, capacity leveling, product deployment, and inventory control; MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office to develop dashboards to track performance in customer experience, production attainment, and inventory management; Integrated Supply Chain Systems, such as: SAP ECC and MRP; and Reviewing and maintaining the integrity of system parameter (lot/order size, lead times, Days Forward Supply, Safety Stock) and providing data for Key Performance Metrics.
