Our client is building a platform where AI doesn't just analyze data; it reasons across it, forecasts what's coming, and acts on its own to identify security threats in real time. They realize (and maybe you do, too) that identity is the new perimeter in security. What buyers don't know yet is how verification, authentication, and account recovery fit together in their stack. As a member of their team, your the Sales Engineer who walks into a room of skeptical security architects, maps their attack surface in an hour, and leaves with a proof of concept they asked for. Your demos win deals. Your field feedback shapes the roadmap. Your fingerprints are on revenue.

What You'll Do:

• Own the technical win. Partner with Account Executives from first discovery call through signed contract. Lead technical discovery, solution design, and the security and architecture reviews that decide enterprise deals.
\n
• Run demos that land. Build and deliver tailored demonstrations of identity verification, biometric liveness, document authentication, and step-up authentication flows, mapped to the buyer's real use cases (workforce onboarding, MFA reset, helpdesk account recovery, customer KYC, high-risk transactions).
\n
• Design and drive proofs of concept. Scope success criteria up front, stand up integrations (APIs, SDKs, SSO/IdP connectors), and run POCs to a clear yes. No science projects.
\n
• Speak fluent identity stack. Show how our platform plugs into Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping, CyberArk, ServiceNow, and the customer's existing IAM, PAM, and ITSM workflows using SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and webhooks.
\n
• Translate threats into business outcomes. Turn social engineering, synthetic identity, deepfake injection attacks, and account takeover risk into language a CFO approves and a CISO champions.
\n
• Handle the hard paperwork. Own technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, and field compliance questions on SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, BIPA, NIST 800-63, and FIDO2/passkeys.
\n
• Make the team better. Build reusable demo environments, technical collateral, and battlecards. Train AEs and channel partners on product, architecture, and competitive positioning.
\n
• Be the voice of the field. Bring structured customer and competitive intelligence back to Product and Engineering, and influence what we build next.

Who You Are:

\n

\n
• You have 4+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or technical pre-sales , selling security or identity software to mid-market and enterprise buyers.
\n
• You have real depth in at least one of : IAM, MFA and passwordless, identity verification / KYC, fraud prevention, or zero trust architecture, and enough fluency in the rest to connect the dots.
\n
• You can read API docs, write a working integration, and debug a failed auth flow without calling an engineer. Comfort with REST, JSON, Postman, and basic scripting (Python or JavaScript) is expected.
\n
• You are equally credible with a security architect and a VP of IT , and you know when to go deep and when to stop talking.
\n
• You have a track record of winning : named deals, quota-carrying teams you supported, POCs you converted.
\n
• You are energized by a fast-moving, build-the-playbook environment rather than a mature process you inherit.
