Senior FP&A Analyst
Our client, a global leader in the energy and industrial sector, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. This highly visible role will partner with executive leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic business analysis across a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
- Build and maintain financial models, consolidations, and executive reporting.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and ad hoc analysis.
- Partner with operations, accounting, and finance teams across global business units.
- Develop KPIs and reporting tools to improve business performance and cost management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or managerial accounting experience.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and consolidations.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in a global or multi-currency environment strongly preferred.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
