Job Duties and Responsibilities

EchoStar is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Assoicate to join our TA Shared Services team. In this role you will work alongside preboarding experts dedicated to providing a seamless experience for EchoStar's new hires. This high-volume, high-visibility position offers the chance to apply your expertise in relationship management, clear communication, and precise attention to detail. Supporting our high-volume frontline recruiting function, you will collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and various business partners across the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate onboarding calls and send out new hire first day details to our Frontline CXO and Sales new hires
• Maintain a working knowledge of EchoStar HR policies and procedures to be able to communicate with departments on HR and company initiatives, particularly those related to recruiting and preboarding
• Foster and sustain strong partnerships with primary business stakeholders and auxiliary units that collaborate with internal support teams, including HR Operations, Training, and Tech Enablement
• Exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency
• Support onboarding related projects with the business as needed

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or high-volume service delivery environments

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to effectively respond and interact with all levels of the organization
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and Google Suite
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
• Proven ability to anticipate obstacles and proactively implement solutions
• Positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to champion change and support adoption of new processes or tools
• High attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $32.00/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
