Role Overview The associate will represent companies and individuals in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings. The role involves substantive litigation work, including legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, preparing for hearings, working on case strategy, and supporting larger litigation matters. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys challenging business litigation, strong writing and advocacy and a collaborative team environment.
