Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef to support foodservice operations at Kaiser Permanente in Walnut Creek, California . This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary professional who enjoys leading food preparation at an assigned station while maintaining high standards in a healthcare environment. The Sous Chef plays an important role in daily kitchen execution, supporting quality, consistency, and teamwork. What You'll Do Lead food preparation and production for an assigned station, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation standards Support daily kitchen operations by maintaining organized workflows and proper food handling procedures Provide guidance and support to team members assigned to the station Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements in alignment with Sodexo and Kaiser Permanente standards What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
