Requirements

• NBCRNA Certification - Required
• Active Alaska License in Hand at Time of Presentation - Required
• Candidates Requiring Alaska Licensure Will Not Be Accepted
• ACLS - Required
• BLS - Required
• NRP - Required
• PALS - Required
• ATLS - Required
• Required Certifications Must Be From the American Heart Association or American Red Cross as Applicable
• Epic Proficiency - Required
• At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience as a CRNA - Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination - Required, No Exemptions

Recent Clinical Activity Requirements

• Clinical Activity / Case Logs From the Previous 24 Months - Required
