We're hiring a full-time remote onboarding specialist to handle 45-minute onboarding calls for customers who've purchased ID card printers. Your job is to walk them through setup, make sure everything works, and help them feel confident using their new printer and software.

About the role: Our client is seeking a charismatic and client-oriented Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through a seamless onboarding journey during their first 90 days post-purchase. Your mission is to ensure clients feel supported, confident, and set up for long-term success—preventing churn and reducing issues through proactive engagement. This is a client-facing, remote role where you'll lead onboarding calls with new users, help them get up and running, and serve as a trusted point of contact between the sales team and technical support. It's ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments and enjoys working directly with North American clients via video calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead live onboarding sessions with new clients via Google Meet
• Provide setup assistance and walk users through product best practices
• Serve as the primary contact throughout the first 90 days of the customer lifecycle
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through digital workflows
• Collaborate with internal support and technical teams to escalate issues
• Monitor client satisfaction and engagement metrics during onboarding
• Proactively address risks, concerns, or signs of cancellation
• Ensure smooth handoff to long-term support after onboarding completion

Tools You'll Use

• HubSpot (CRM, notes, email)
• Shopify (order and item verification)
• Aircall (for inbound and outbound calls)

Requirements

• Fluent, professional-level English speaking and writing
• Fast and stable internet (minimum 100 Mbps)
• Two- large updated 24 inch plus screen setup required)
• Reliable electricity — no power outages
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with software and printers
• Must not have another job — this is a full-time commitment
