What You'll Do:

• Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process within the Pediatric ICU.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
• Effectively delegate and coordinate with licensed and ancillary team members.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of laws and standards affecting pediatric nursing.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and promote a positive patient experience.

What You Need:

• Required:
• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, PALS, and CPI certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of pediatric ICU experience
• Proficiency with healthcare software and documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Preferred:
• Certification in a pediatric or critical care specialty
