Accounts Payable Associate

Job Details Salary: $25 - $27 per hour We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Accounts Payable professional to join our vibrant Accounting and Finance team. This role is integral to our operations and involves managing all matters related to Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, 3 Way Match, payment processing, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, 3 Way Match, and payment processing. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Maintain vendor relationships, handle vendor queries, and negotiate contracts and prices. Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure accurate and timely purchase order creation and processing. Develop and implement effective Accounts Payable policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to Accounts Payable. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. Provide training and guidance to other team members on Accounts Payable processes and best practices. Stay up-to-date with current financial regulations and industry trends. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role. Proven experience with 3 Way Match process. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
